Major Distribution agreement between ASBIS and GLOBO

Limassol (Cyprus) July 11, 2012 – ASBISC Enterprises PLC (WSE: ASB), one of the leading distributors of Information Technology products in Europe, Middle East and Africa Emerging Markets, today announced that it has signed an agreement as an authorized distributor of GLOBO (LSE-AIM:GBO), the international S.a.a.S and mobile solutions vendor.

Globo is a leading S.a.a.S vendor with focus on the Consumer and Enterprise mobility. Its mobile consumer applications, CitronGO! and GO!Social were the main drivers of growth in generating international revenues, targeting ‘non smartphone’ owners and now are being offered in 18 countries, through MNO’s and VAS providers. GO!Enterprise Server is the cornerstone of Globo’s international mobile strategy, which since its commercial launch has generated substantial interest from potential partners and end-users around the world. It provides a powerful, secure and cost efficient solution to mobilize any business operation and build applications that can run on any mobile device. Moreover, can cover needs of secure e-mail and mobile access to business applications, like CRM and ERP, as well as implementations across industries for internal or external use (B2E, B2B, B2C, G2C) with enterprise grade security standards.

By attaining Authorized Distributor status, ASBIS Group has been recognized by GLOBO as a major distributor for the enterprise mobility solutions GO!Enterprise Office and GO!Enterprise Mobilizer in 39 countries of EMEA region.

Moreover, the specific agreement incorporates the following strategic initiatives;

• a. Covering ASBIS internal enterprise mobility needs by implementing and rolling out GO!Enterprise Server installations in various countries ASBIS operates.
• b. In house development of business apps and commercialization through internal developers team and based on the GO!Development Studio.
• c. Enabling specific Prestigio tablets and mobiles as Business devices with enterprise grade data security, encrypted and compressed wireless mail, access to files & folders and other “out of the box” business apps, all through the embedded GO!Enterprise client.
